NEVER buy a Nikai Washing Machine again!
Not even worth a star! Even after receiving the REPLACEMENT UNIT, the problem was still the same. You need to run the TUB CLEAN for the first washing, as per the instruction in the manual. The water kept pouring, the indicator changed from 42 to 40 then 38 for almost an hour, and the water kept draining out to the drain hose. After 50 mins, it ended up with E2 error code (about water supply), despite my water faucet was still open. I will NEVER consider buying Nikai washing machine ever again! Note: I'm using Nikai fridge and it is working fine.

It's a fine completely automatic washing machine; the only issue is that, unlike other fully automatic drainage systems, the drain pipe on this one needs to be elevated above the floor or it will not retain the water after the cycle is ended. Other than that, it works well so far.

Machine is defective from day 1 I took additional warranty As per amazon assigned technician i have to get washing machine replaced I placed request they refunded 49 aed for warranty What about 700+ for the washing machine It is one month machine is not working It is useless piece in the washroom now
