I've tried several maca powders over the years and this one is the best. It adds a lovely flavour to my pea protein smoothies, and I can tell if I've missed it out. Maca powder is never a cheap ingredient but this one is good value and I'll continue to buy more. Definitely recommend

I use this brand across super foods, maca, bee pollen, spirulina and wheatgrass and I love the quality and price. There just isn’t anything on the market to match it. I add it to smoothies and the taste doesn’t bother me. Will keep buying

First of all. I'm a real person, and this is a genuine review. I'm 47 and two years ago my hormones got seriously out of whack due to the immense stress of the ending of an abusive relationship. I had temporarily some PTSD symptoms for almost a year and got physically unwell due to the stress. Around the same time, I stopped having my period and my sex drive, even though it was always quite high, completely disappeared. I felt amputated from the waist down.Throughout the following months, I ate well, stayed away from toxic people, my nerves recovered, the PTSD symptoms went, but my period did not come back. My sex drive was still gone, and so was my period. After a while, my sex drive got better, but still no period.I've been taking this maca powder for a week, about a heaped teaspoon each day. First few days, nothing. Now however, at the seven days mark, my skin is clearer, my libido is as high as it was when I was 18, and half an hour ago I got my period - without any pms symptoms and any cramps or pain. I honestly can't believe it, it's miraculous. But it's very, very real.I will continue to take it and I am grateful for the experience. Thank you.

Previously I ordered a much more expensive brand that also had excellent quality and packaging but this product seems to provide the same for less money. Many people hate its taste but I like this bitter-sweet powder and I usually eat it alone (usually about 2 tablespoons a day - somtimes a bit more - in smaller portions as putting a whole tablespoon of the powder to your mouth is not funny - its too dry! :-) For me this is usually a delicious snack before my afternoon workout. I'm still young and healthy and most "health products" do nothing for me but maca powder definitely makes my balls more puffy and improves semen quality and volume (30-40% more).

I really rate this product as I really notice the difference between having it added to my breakfast and not in terms of feeling energised throughout the morning. I've been taking it regularly for a couple of years now and using this brand for the last year. I miss the mega bag size option on subscription though, but just happy to still get it.

The last time I tried maca was a couple of years ago and though I never ever did think it was the best tasting food on the planet (far from it) it was fairly palatable with avocado olive oil and/or honey. This maca however has a burnt bitter taste. My memories of my previous experience with maca are vague so I am not sure whether this is so much more worse than the stuff I used to eat. I am.jnclined to believe it is much more bitter and as I said burnt tasting. It also looks very dark which could be a result of overcooking.Needless to say not the best tasting and it will be a struggle for me personally to get through the whole and somewhat substantial bag.

Excellent product.Never tried Maca before and read that I should go for the gelatinised powder hene reason I purchased.You can see the quality of the powder and I have certainy noticed the effects (although I guess this will depend on the individual).I personally prefer to mix it in warm milk together with my chocolate protein powder (I didn't really enjoy it in cold milk or with water but I guess that is a matter of personal taste).
