Q: I have a place where rain water leaks under rubber bottom of garage door ( 5 yrs old) and then spreads into corner!! will this stop it?

This rubber seal has worked very well for me, it does not allow any rain or snow into my garage. MY driveway has a gentle slope to the street and direct water away from the garage door. I have had no water in the garage when the rain is blowing directly at the garage door. The rubber seal is glued to the ground and does a good job.

Q: Can you cut the excess? Our garage door is 18 Feet long so I would need to buy the 20 ft. one and cut?? Can that work?? Thank you!

Hey yes we have two doors and I cut it to fit with no problem at all i also used rtv to seal the out side edge so that dirt dust and water didn't break down the glue. Been in place for about two years. On a side note clean the concert with a cleaner before application of glue and strip! Hmu if you have anymore questions!!

The height of the garage door barrier is between 1/4 and 1/2 inches...it is a hardened type of rubber that garage door pushes down on when closed and nicely seals the garage if installed properly. Doc

No. I think it's for the door which has a flexible seal already in the shape of the threshold cross section (the sectiom profile need not be exactly the same).
