Worst flavor shake on the market
This is the worst tasting shake I have ever had. I tried adding ice, berries, and water vs almond milk. I could barely get it down. After all that I was hungry after 2 hours. Don’t waste your money.

strawberries or mango and it’s avtually good. If you have ever had protein powder
It’s really not as nasty as everyone made it seem. The reviews were a bit dramatic. I make mine with almond milk, strawberries or mango and it’s avtually good. If you have ever had protein powder... that’s what it tastes like. Ok... I’m not sure about results. I drink it twice a day and i haven’t lost weight. I still get hungry after drinking it too. But I am sticking with it. I feel energized tho after I drink it. Time will tell.

It Works For Me!
I didn't have a lot of hope for this as so many other, similar products have left me disappointed. As it turns out, I like this quite a lot!The first time I tried this, I mixed it with strawberries, a banana, and almond milk in a blender, and used the "Extra Kick" packet. It made more than the 10 ounces of drink, due to the additions, but turned out tasty and satisfied me for hours, well into the afternoon. It mixed well in the blender, as you would expect. Over the next few days, I tried it plain, with water, and mixed it in a glass with a wire whisk, which also blended it adequately. The taste is okay, though I prefer it with a little almond milk at least, but it satisfies me and I feel energized, both huge pluses! I've dropped a few pounds and my clothes are fitting more loosely, without increased exercise or any other changes! It IS costly, I feel, compared to other protein and meal replacement drinks. It has a few probiotics and diet aids that many others do not. I'm just happy because it seems to be working for me, and that's the biggest selling point. Throw in a little more exercise and will power and I think I'd be moving a lot faster towards my goals. I think that it could help maintain my weight once I reached my goal too, using it occasionally, and then the cost wouldn't be so prohibitive.Cons would be that I seem to be a bit gassy sometimes, but I get that from many supplements and pre and pro biotics. The taste isn't great but isn't repulsive either, and depends on what I mix in.I'm pretty happy so far but will update my review if I have more to add.

Tastes bad and costs too much
Overwhelming flavor of stevia covers the matcha green tea flavor. I tried a packet mixed as per label instructions. In a blender, almond milk, a few ice cubes, and half a banana. As with many of the protein type shakes it is gritty. That wasn't a surprise, but still unpleasant. This is a very expensive meal replacement shake. No magical ingredients. It does seem to contain much better ingredients than some of the old school meal replacement shakes, but it is also far more costly. A quick check shows that these are currently over $6 per shake. The ten pack contains two special Monday shakes, I'm not clear on why. The only difference I can see is that they contain more niacin and B12 than the others. For a presumed energy boost? But 8000% of the daily RDA for one of those is a ridiculous amount. We often keep protein/meal replacement shake mixes on hand to mix into smoothies. They make great breakfast before school or running out the door. We won't be using these.

Blends well with almond or coconut milk, providing excellent nutrition for only 130 calories of intake.
130 calories per packet (don't forget to add the caloric load of whatever you mix the packet with), plenty of protein, and a host of additional supplements add up to a more-than-adequate meal replacement. The product isn't inexpensive and has too strong a taste when mixed with water, but it blends very well with almond or coconut milk. It's very filling and as a lunch will easily keep you going through to dinnertime. It will take time to see if this results in weight loss, but from a caloric and nutritional standpoint, this product certainly does the job of providing an alternative to a higher caloric load meal. .
