Book condition is not at all good , it's dirty and looks like used too many times.

This is a great read for helping you in a work space, especially in handling tough situations and controlling emotions so it doesnt become worse. It really helps your understanding on communication as well as instructing you how to respond and accept your responsibility in problems.
