Bosch2608831033 "SDS Plus-3" Hammer Drill Bit, 0 V, Grey, 12 x 150 x 210 mm

Ordered two expecting them to break easily like the ones that came with my SDS drill, pleasantly surprised so far, gone through everything like butter!

Drilled 6 holes and performance dropped dramatically by about the 4th, last 2 holes were laborious

i would have expected it to be more expensive than this, given that it is a genuine Bosch SDS drill. Can't fault it for the price. Dis the job very well.

It is worth paying a little more for a better quality product.

It was very hard to find a 6mm drill bit in this length. Given that it's a Bosch, which usually make quality products, we were very much let down this time. I'd read in other reviews, that the bit doesn't remain straight and true after a few uses. Well this was very much our experience too. Not matter how straight the drill bit was driven in, it caused it to bend and now shakes and wobbles badly. It's worthy of the bin now.

Drilling = 1minute. Unwrapping the ridiculous plastic wrap they put on the bit to protect it = 10mins.I know it's done to protect it but come on, that's just dreadful design. Other than that the drill bit itself is excellent, just prepare yourself for some frustration when it arrives!
