Essential bit of kit for cooking Greek Gyros!
Having tried using potatoes speared with skewers for cooking Gyros and had relative levels of success, it was time to invest in a proper bit of kit for the job. Medium sized spear is long enough to cook enough meat for 6-8 people. Robust item. Works well. Means we will cook and enjoy home-cooked Gyros a lot more from here on! Recommended.
