Not stainless steel
The product description is inaccurate; it is made of aluminum, not stainless steel, and is coated in black paint.

It’s perfect for Pelmeni
So easy to use and clean. I cannot imagine folding pelmeni by hand again. Use 1/2 teaspoon of meat per dumpling. I now have 200 in my freezer and this made that job so much faster. I’m so confused by the bad reviews, I think those people had dough that wasn’t right or overfilled.

Sturdy, works well
This seems just right. The reviews of the cheaper ones were off-putting, although I don't have any experience with them this one works well and seems like it was worth the increased price.

Painted aluminum and not stainless steel
The description of this product is inaccurate. Not only it is not stainless steel, but rather aluminum, it is also painted with black paint that I can peel off with my fingernails. Definitely returned the item as I don't want that paint in my food.

Quick way to make multitudes of dumplings. may be a learing curve using this.
Works great. only real problem we had was rolling a rolling pin over the top to "cut" the dough. You have to really push down and roll back and forth several times. Not the big deal but the pan starts to cut up you wood rolling pin. Perhaps use a metal rolling pin instead.Once the dumplings are cut, taking them out was as easy, flip the pan upside down and gently push each dumpling out (as long as the top is cut properly).Ensure your dough is not too thin or it will break using this pan. also making a little dip into each dumpling holder is a must in order to fill the dumpling. There was a bit of a learning curve but once we got it down we were able make several pans of dumplings within minutes, so much we had to freeze the extras.
