Please note this review is on the Wifi Vpecker only not bluetooth, I brought complete kit Vpecker E1, Tablet and accessories. When opened the Vpecker OBD2 reader it as a leaflet giving instructions how to download the software onto you Tablet, laptop or computer and it all looks easy, I did as the instructions said as internet connection is needed, went to Idulex.com and pressed download and nothing the download command didn't respond to instructions, I even tried registering with them and needed a ID I didn't have, so went to Vpecker and I did find some software and tried downloading that, the first step worked fine it downloaded but when gone to open software I just get a message corrupted site, I must of reset the tablet a couple of times and even my laptop none able to download the software.I emailed them concerning this sent 3 emails for help receiving no response and even tried ringing their help number which again I couldn't connect, now it as left one thing to request a return to return the item as it is useless without the essential software. Looking at my experience it looks like a very suspicious company as no matter what I tried I am in a no win situation, I can't download th software, they don't respond to emails and can't get them on the phone the only thing I can do is return item because its no good without the software, yet there is a lot of positive reviews on this product on youtube it all looks genuine. I can only think that is only with bluetooth not wifi because I have treid everything. You read all the above the promise 7/24 customer support I emailed them 3 times first time 3 days ago with no response, I have tried ringing 2 numbers provided to contact them and cannot connect so really no help what so ever and software will not download. I have tried downloading from Idulex the makers of Vpecker and even downloading from Vpecker with no success, gone into the store it shows all the items for sale but can't find any downloads. I have the S.N number and pin number and it doesn't even provide a box to register or activate the purchase I am completely lost as can't activate the set i've brought and no response or help in activating my purchase if I am doing something wrong. So left m one conclusion just open a request and return item for refund because in my experience there is something not right when everything fails. .

Looks like this is what I wanted. Good as my expectation. Any problems I had solved this device to the utmost satisfaction.
