This has a nice, classic look that goes with almost any yard. For those who are dimensionally challenged like me, it’s the size of a small tub. Nice small size for a starter garden I was planning. Easy to assemble, although it took awhile - 40 screws! A great addition to our yard.

I spent the beginning of summer trying to build my own raised beds with logs from the woods - which included, cutting them to the right size, then stacking and attaching, lots of screws, lots of trying to get them to not lean etc…took weeks to get three raised beds…..I put this together in 20 mins (took that long because I ended up moving it around to different spots to find the perfect place). Honesty, the time I spent trying to build my own, plus the tools and the frustration - not worth it. This is perfect. Fast to put together and long lasting. Now I can get to the fun gardening part!

This thing came in a shockingly small box! When I opened the box I was very doubtful this was going to work out. There are 10 small sections to this kit, each with four screws and wing nuts. Assembly was simple, but time consuming because of the forty screws and nuts. Once assembled, the planter box is very rigid and strong. I haven't filled it with dirt yet because I have not committed to a location in the yard. I considered putting a vinyl liner and making a goldfish pond, but my wife nixed that. I'm not sure how long (growing seasons) this bed will last. It is galvanized but the constant exposure to wet dirt does give me doubts. For now, this is a good raised bed for my needs.

Doesn't have a bottom but it's great

This was not a difficult project to put together. Once assembled it is very solid, and should last many years. It is deep enough to handle many buried vegetables, such as potatoes or carrots.
