Beautiful Computer Invalid Windows Liscense
Update: Raised it 2 stars, because I was able to get the original install from Hp, using Hp Cloud Recovery. Windows is now activated. Had to spend $45 on a usb c hub with passthrough power to reinstall the OE software from a USB drive, but I would have needed that anyways. Have about 6 hours in figuring out how to get the OE software and getting it all installed. Hopefully no reason to return now.Original reviewComputer is in beautiful condition. If it wasn’t marked a refurb, and in generic packaging, No one would have guessed, until they got into Windows and Windows would not activate. Went through all the Windows troubleshooting, and the only conclusion windows would come up with was $199 for a new liscense. Contacted Amazon support, and they suggested I return it, so it is being returned.

It's OK
I really wanted to like this laptop/tablet. It performs fairly well and the configurations are very neat. The size and weight make it very portable. But the battery life is not that great. Also, since the keyboard is just magnetic, you can't really use it on your lap or in bed, so it must be on a table unless you are using it as just a tablet. Having a backlit keyboard would have been nice too. If it had a more study keyboard, I would have kept it.
