This gives you three options - a 14, 30 or 45-day programme - depending on how intense you want to go. The 14-day one requires a full diet change and is more hardcore but yields better results - I took the 45-day option! The taste is sharp but not too unpleasant and is taken in the morning with a glass of water. It definitely seemed to ease some internal congestion and I felt the benefits, though limited, quite quickly. I would definitely try the 14-day option again when brave enough just to get a full detox which I always try once a year.

... my criticism is it's impossible to evaluate whether this product atually makes any difference. the instructions clearly say to ensure you are eating a clean, healthy diet and also drinking lots of water. Now, both these changes will detox your body if you've eaten junk and drunk a on of alchohol or sugary drinks. The bottle here can stay in a cupboard unused. if you add this to the detox then how do you know the daily supping of this product is helping? I dunno. Look, it's kinda nice, cherry tasting and goes down easy, but taken alone I can pretty well guarentee nothing positive will happen detox wise. At best you must use it as part of the clean diet and water. If you feel better taking it, and much about weight loss, etc is psychological, then buy it. If you don't think you can change diet and water intake, then I'd say don't waste your money.
