Has been a big help due to back issues...
Well to start, this product has been a great help due to the fact I have spine issues and am limited on bending my spine without the chronic pain intensifying. My sink is not made for ADA height and the old faucet was a standard low to the sink type. Not great for those with back disabilities, or, even more those who are of taller height whom have to really bend down to use it.The faucet is a good alternative to having do the expense of a custom sink cabinet to adjust for height. Especially if only one person is of taller stature while the rest of the family is not.Installation was pretty simple, however, if your sink is not of modern standard, the rubber gasket for the drain will not suffice and best use plumbers putty to assure the drain will not leak into the cabinet. (Ask me how I know, lol). This unit, so far, has done well for me (and my spine).I will reevaluate my review, after some time of use, for a better assessment and value.

Decent Bathroom Faucet
This is a good example of you get what you pay for. Definitely good bathroom faucets for the money, but they are inexpensive. My husband installed them in our bathroom vanity, he is an experienced DIY-er and was able to get them in without much problem. They look nice and match our farmhouse decor. My only real complaint/issue is the drain stoppers. They were extremely hard to install, I am not sure we ever really got them to work properly. That being said it didn't really matter because the drain stop is on the back of the faucet and can't be used because they butt up to the backsplash. Other than that I have been happy with the look and functionality.

Great price, looks nice.
Was cheap. Looks nice. Feels cheap and works barely. Feels like you could break the neck off with very little effort. Maybe there is a flow restrictor built in that I can possibly remove, but barely puts out any flow. I'm not talking "slow flow" that you'll probably get used to. I'm talking water barely makes it out of the neck. If I figure it out, I'll change my rating, but if I tear it out, I'll drop another star.I figured it out. 50 yr. old plumbing was the problem. It gets another star. It's been in for a year and a half. Works perfectly and and looks like it cost a lot more than it did. If you grab the actual faucet, it does feel a little cheap, but considering the cost, It's a great find.

Nice looking, feels as cheap as it costs.
This product exemplifies "you get what you pay for". The faucet does an excellent job looking like it's more expensive equivalent, but turning the knobs or the faucet head is very unsatisfying. The faucet head is very loose in its base, and turning it makes me fear that it will break without much provocation. The handles also have a bit of play, which lend to the feeling of cheapness. The included plastic drain works well, but I could not install the pop-up because the knob for it required too steep of an angle. This is a problem with my sink, and not the faucet. If you are looking for a sink that will be used heavily and turned a lot, then perhaps invest in a more durable one. This one works well if you want something nice looking for a guest bathroom that isn't used all that often.

Good bang for your buck
Very nice oil rubbed bronze finish and it's really great considering it was pretty inexpensive. The instructions were a little hard to follow for me, I've never changed a faucet before. Overall a decent product, especially for the money!

Good faucet for the money, but some leaks and not very sturdy
PROS: Looks great, good water flowCONS: Issues with leaks and build-up, not very sturdyWe installed this faucet in our guest bathroom two years ago (January 2014) and it is a good value faucet, especially for the price. It looks nice and the high arch neck make it look a bit fancier than the usual lower profile bathroom faucets. We had issues with some minor leaks from the hot water handle upon first installing it, but my husband was able to fix this. There is some build up that is almost impossible to get off that keeps happening around the base on the cold water side, but it's strange because we can't see any obvious leaking. It is also not the most sturdy faucet — I have to keep an eye on my toddler pulling the faucet neck too far when trying to turn the faucet. We are considering replacing this faucet — we just ordered a new bath faucet for our powder room and we absolutely love this one: Builders Shoppe 2026TB Two Handle Centerset Lavatory Faucet with Pop-Up Drain, Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish

Very nice for the price
We remodeled our guest bathroom, adding a shower where there had previously been only a tub, and changed all the hardware to bronze. As we are semi-retired, cost was an issue and we pinched pennies wherever possible. The price was right on this faucet . It arrived within a few days of ordering and looked fine. However, my husband installed it and said that the installation instructions that accompanied it were for a different unit. He was eventually able to figure it out and it looks and works fine; I especially like the design, with a high clearance beneath the faucet. But we have only had it for a few weeks--and it is the guest bath--so I can't speak to the reliability or longevity of the product.
