How do i tell if the unit has finished charging or low on charge for 682? no led light during charge, and the display does not show battery level.

If I remember right (I returned mine), there is a LED on the top that turns green when charged. The main screen shows the battery level.

The video of the 621A shows it does not come with all the accessories as shown on the first photo. Which is it?
