Update: still working
Works with my 20 year old treadmill to feed speed and incline numbers to the peloton app. Speed seems accurate within 0.1 mph. For incline I finally realized that both my treadmill and the peloton app report incline as percent (grade), not degree. Now the accuracy is within 0.5 units. As others say, the stickers fall off very quickly. I got a white sharpie and drew the lines in. Works great.

Works for manual treadmill
I just got it and used it once so it's too soon to say if I'll have the issues some others did. I'll update this if I change my mind but so far so good. It connected as a foot pod to my Garmin vivoactive, but the Garmin started behaving badly with it connected (weird heart rate readings and inconsistent reporting of speed). Based on experience I suspect that's the Garmin and I have more troubleshooting to do there, but just reporting for anyone wanting that. It works great with the peloton app and other Bluetooth apps. so far using the stickers worked fine attached to the bumpy rubber treads of my curved manual treadmill. It did not seem to mind the speed not being steady like with a motor, and I'm just ignoring the incline stuff. Tracked pretty well with the reported treadmill speed and my own sense of exertion.

Not a good experience....
I don't write Amazon reviews. But this device is so lame I felt compelled to save others from frustration. This device did not work for me at all. I have a Commercial 1750 treadmill and followed the directions to the letter. It would not capture anything from my treadmill no matter how/where I mounted the device. Luckily, you can calibrate it for issues like this. Unfortunately, their software will not run on an Android device unless it's ancient. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra, which came out 2 years ago as of this writing, and that device is too new for their software to run. I reached out to support about it, but I didn't hear anything back from them. The build quality isn't great. It feels like a child's toy, made of the cheapest/flimsiest plastic. In my case it was a complete waste of money. I wouldn't recommend buying this device, especially if you're an android user. No idea if it's a better experience with iOS.

It's nice when it connects.
It's nice when it connects. I use this to sync my treadmill walks with Apple Health. It doesn't sync automatically with Apple so I have to download two apps (ConfigurEZ and heartbeatz). Most of the time the sensor doesn't even show up as an option to connect to on ConfigurEZ (which you apparently have to do every time you want to log a workout). The heartbeatz app can only be operating on my Apple Watch and I have to wait for it to decide it's ready to start recording a workout for app three apps to finally sync. Sometimes that will be when I'm already 5-10 minutes into my walk. If you can't connect the sensor through ConfigurEZ, you cannot log the workout with heartbeatz. It is not worth the hassle just to see if the miles the treadmill shows is actually correct. It was a waste of money for me. I wish I could have come to this conclusion 2 weeks ago when I still had time to return.

Works great with manual treadmills. Don’t pair with a budget phone or tablet
Bought this so I could use Zwift on my Aussie Pro Runner. BEWARE: If you’re connecting to an old, cheap tablet or phone it will give you problems. I’ve been connecting it to a iPhone 17pro Max and an M4 iPad Pro with no issues. Tried connecting it to a Teclast T65 just to see what would happen and the delay was horrible. Still giving it 5 stars cause it works for me

Works with Peloton Treadmill App!!! - Update 3
Very easy to set up and configure on a 10 year old Nordictrak 1750. The stickers didn't stay on the treadmill, but used with car touch up paint as the markers. It works well with the Peloton treadmill app - tracks the pace, but doesn't doest track incline it seems. It's not 100% accurate, but it's close enough and much better than my Apple Watch or Garmin. Update 3 - there were two sets of stickers in my kit. The first one (originals) were didn't stick too well. The second - Girard - tough to peel off from the backing, but sticks much better to the belt. Time will tell how lasting the adhesion will be. Kudos to the marketing team.

Indoor Game Changer
I've had my treadmill for almost 2 years now and I had intended to get one of these back when I first got it. It never really mattered that much until I got a coach last year and then the inconsistency between the treadmill and outside was really making some of my training difficult to track properly. I considered getting a Stryd but the cost was really putting me off. Then my wife got serious about training for a half marathon we're running next year and I remembered this thing. All I can say is "Wow!". What a game changer! My treadmill runs slightly faster than what's on the display (5 - 10s per mile) and does that pretty consistently through every pace so its not hard to deal with for workouts. It was so easy to set up too. My only issue was the stickers just didn't really want to stick to the tread but that was easily solved with some dabs of superglue. Its amazing because it "just works". It shows up as a footpod on my Garmin 955 Solar and I can just go! All of my other metrics come from my HRM Pro. I'll be pairing it to my wife's 945 as well so she can benefit from it. Now I don't need to spend extra time trying to get my workout out of iFit and into TrainingPeaks so my coach can see it and its more accurate to boot!

Doesn’t last long
This worked well, especially for someone who does most of my interval training on the treadmill, but I haven’t even had it for a year and it already won’t charge or stay on. Do not recommend spending the money. I’ll just manually calibrate my watch instead.
