I've used this a few times since it arrived. It seems a good, solid bit of kit but doesn't get 5 stars for two reasons: firstly there are no instructions included, either for assembling it, or for using it; and secondly the various components used for different exercises are fiddly and frustrating to fit, though they do, as the seller states, just plug in - eventually. I overcame the first problem by finding a video online that described both assembly and use. The fiddly fitting remains an issue, but it helps to mark the positioning of each component with marker pen once you've managed to fit them properly as a guide for next time.

Really versatile product, great for calf stretches. Decent as a bench but a bit on the small side. That said, it’s nicely portable and has a lot of options to vary a workout or stretching.

A fantastic product, cannot fault it , very easy to change from one function to another, previously had a reebok one but this is far superior. Company updates were excellent, would recommend this product with no hesitation.

Absolutely love this exercise board. So easy to put together and easy to use. There’s loads of videos on YouTube for step workouts and exercises to do on the balance board.

This exercise step is excellent, it's well made, sturdy, and a good size if you have limited space for home workouts.

Very useful. easy to change the fittings to use in different modes. Well made. Expensive but probably worth it.
