Not working!!!
Bought this pre built for my son for Christmas. Opened it up turned it on so I can load games and set it up for him before Christmas.. It turned on. Lite up. But wouldn’t show any display. Tried different HDMIs ended up using the cable that came with it. Got it to work finally. But then it wouldn’t load windows up or show anything!! Only went to the boot screen and then blank. Tried going into the bios and see if I could figure anything out or something to get it to work.. no luck., ended up having to take it to a COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP!!! So not only did I have to spend almost $700 bucks for this things but then I had to go get it looked at because it didn’t work!!! Talk about stressed AF and annoyed man.. Had to pay for them to look it over only to find out that non of the hdmi ports work on the computer nor does the dvi port. The tech also had to reload windows on it and he said something about there was a password. So there would have been no way I could have figured it out myself. So got that whole nightmare over with and had to spend another $100 to get it fixed when it should have been plug and play when I bought it. I would say save your money go to a local shop and get them to build you something with warranty or even go to bestbuy or buy a name brand system that has a tech support number and a warranty and someone willing to help you. With all the money I spent im just taking the loss. So I don’t have to pay a restocking fee or have to worry about not getting my money back before Christmas and then scrambling to find something… BUY ELSEWHERE!!!! TRUST ME!!! NOT WORTH IT!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!

Recieved not funtioning. No manual, no tech support. No phone number.
Refunded due non functioning computer. Box was sealed and it did look New. was packaged good. still waiting for my refund as Amazon customer service has been greatly downgraded. i will try another store to re-order my gaming computer due to the return taking longer then expected. and i had to put in a few more hours troubleshooting to get my pick-up date corrected..which added a few more days.
