Bought these for my dad who’s been dealing with plantar fasciitis and flat feet, and he said they made a huge difference right away. He wears them daily in his work shoes and mentioned way less foot pain by the end of the day. The arch support is firm but comfortable, and they fit easily into his regular shoes without any issues.Great value for the price and really helped relieve his heel and arch pain. Highly recommend if you or a loved one need extra support for flat feet or plantar fasciitis!

These inserts have helped absorb the pain of plantar fasciitis that resulted from years of power walking. They fit very well for my shoe size (I didn’t have to cut or adjust them in any way), and are generally comfortable. However, I was surprised that they’re not as thick and cushiony as other brands that I’ve tried in the past. I didn’t have plantar fasciitis back then, but found relief from mild foot pain using a thicker and softer insert. I’m feeling a bit better with the use of these inserts, but it’s a slower process at 55 years of age. I recommend giving these a try; perhaps you’ll have better results.

Probably a little over two months using these and so far so good.I typically wear medical grade orthotics and while I can't say that I haven't had *any* discomfort in my feet with these new insoles, I do feel like these do a good job where my feet feel good pretty much all the time. I don't find the discomfort really too noticeable, when it happens, and do recommend that people try these. I have been paying $60 for my medical grade ones, so paying a fraction of that is a huge savings for me.Don't take my word for things, recommed checking a Podiatrist's review of the product on YouTube - "Michigan Foot Doctors" is the channel and the video is 'The Best Insoles and Orthotics'. However, he does say that the insoles may only be effective for 1-2 months.I'll try to follow up with my experience as I use them further. Good luck.

These fit great, look good and make your feet feel like new again. They do not slide around in the shoe and the color is neat

I’ve been using these insoles for a while now, and I can confidently say they provide excellent arch support. The design is well thought out, offering just the right amount of stiffness, which I found surprisingly comfortable after wearing them for an extended period. While they initially felt a bit rigid, over time, they molded to my feet, making them great for all-day wear without discomfort.They fit well in dress shoes, which was a key factor for me since I needed something that wouldn't take up too much space or make my shoes feel cramped. The material is durable, and I’ve noticed a reduction in foot fatigue, especially on longer days. If you’re someone who deals with flat feet or general foot pain, I highly recommend giving these a try. They strike a balance between support and comfort, which isn’t easy to find in other insoles.

Just know that the sole is wide. I have some Ascis running shoes that are fairly narrow compared to these. I do still use them in the shoes, but long term I’m not sure what would happen to them. I suggest ‘wide’ tennis shoes or find a different sole. I have Brooks running shoes that are already wide, it seems, and these fit well.The arch support is in a little bit different location than my doctor-made ones from 18 years ago. I alternate shoes each day, and alternate between these and my doctor-made. I don’t ever let my foot form to one shoe.

I have high arches and had been using a different brand of inserts that cost twice as much. When I saw these on Amazon, I decided to try them. So far, they are just as good! I’ve already ordered another pair to use in other shoes. The arch support is firm and high enough for me, and feel like they will last as long as the other brand.
