Zips are a little meh and the straps are a little plasticy but it's really roomy which is the main reason I bought it. That and the print is really jazzy.Perfect for lugging all of my college stuff around

Straps keep slipping and won’t stay in place
My daughter loved this design and planned to use it for school but can’t use it as the strap ties do not stay in place and slip right to the end so the bag doesn’t stay in position on her back.
