I'm not sure if it's working....pre workout and wearing waist trainer 25 mins later and it's still burning. I imagine it's working!! If you can't tolerate the feeling of burn or hot. Don't try it.

I actually bought this to help lose weight, but ended up using it to help with period cramping. And it worked fantastic! I also noticed my stretch marks are almost completely gone. (I’ve yet to see any weight changes)I have sensitive skin and found i had to use a small amount and slowly build up to the warmth i wanted. Otherwise i would get a bad burning feeling. But as long as you’re smart while using then it’s an amazing product!

This stuff is Great! It does become warm on your skin and I use it after I dry brush and get out the shower. No strong smell don't need a lot. I definitely have seen a difference.

I feel like there is smoke coming off my ass! Worked out, took a shower and applied a lot on my butt and thighs and I feel like I am on fire! The product says best to apply and workout 😅 worst advice ever unless it's to get your mind off the pain you are experiencing! They also say the burning last for a few hours! DOESNT SAY THAT ON THE BOX! It's been 20 mins my ass is still on fire I hate it and will never use again

I don't know if I was using it right or what but it works and warms up during exercise but when I got in the shower to rinse it off it burned literally!! I didn't want the water to hit my body because it burned that bad

Amazing product. To me it doesn’t burn.. yes you feel the heat and it feels great.. it relaxes my stomach area.. this cream almost feels like an ICE HOT cream but just the cooling HOT. This is my first week using it everyday and I can feel and see my results. Highly recommend

It's good u starting feeling the "warming effect" immediately n u SWEAT marjor especially during cardio n ab workouts. With weightlifting u dont sweat much but it makes u contracted ur abs which u feel it. I lost 5 inches on my 1st week and was so happy I bough 5 more m will buy some more into the price goes up.

It feels very hot on the skin but it didn’t cause any rash or allergic reaction. Just be careful and don’t use it if you’re going to be sweating a lot because it makes it burn more.
