It Makes My Sparkling Water SPARKLE!
This is my first experience with this kind of product, but I did try it in a couple of different uses. My Definite Favorite Is An Additive In Plain Sparkling Water (about 1 teaspoon): What A GR8 Way To Sparkle Up Your Sparkling Water!! My second use was in a Cheesecake. Sadly, This Wonderful Juice did Nothing for my cheesecake (had already added over 2 tablespoons, and too much more might compromise the recipe!). FOR MY TASTEBUDS: This juice is light, but flavorful. If you've Never had "first press", you would not know the difference between "second press". And while this juice is an Excellent SPARK to Sparkling Water, it's taste is a bit too light to do much to a Cheesecake (I was looking for a more lemon~ish, citrus~ish flavor). ALL I KNOW IS, IS THAT THIS STUFF MAKES MY SPARKLING WATER TASTE TONS MORE EXCITING TO DRINK! The cheesecake issue is for another time!

Warning: "second press" means watered down and flavorless
This product tastes very watered down and has very little yuzu flavor and smell. The ingredients listing is: "100% Citrus (YUZU JUICE)". Not sure why is it listed as "Citrus" with the yuzu in parentheses. I know that yuzu is a citrus, but it's curious why they listed it that way. Apparently it is also the "second press", which means it is not the virgin pressing, but extracted for a second time. Disappointed and not ordering again.

I am a repeat customer
This is a high quality, high-priced Japanese product. Yuzu has a distinctive taste, and for those who love it, there is no substitute. On the other hand, it can be called a form of lemon. Ordinary lemon juice costs about $2.50 for a quart at US supermarkets, whereas this costs over $20 for one and one half cups. So, if you are making a sidecar cocktail with Courvoisier, Cointreau and this yuzu juice, the yuzu juice will be the most expensive ingredient in the drink. But it is delightful. On a recent visit to SE Asia, I saw high-quality individual yuzus, imported from Japan, for sale at about USD 5. The yuzu is about the same size as a Florida lemon. I have never seen yuzus offered at Asian supermarkets in the US. Apparently there is some restriction in importing them from Asia. But they can be grown here, and I hope some entrepreneurs will jump in and take advantage of the opportunity. The Japanese consumers are among the most demanding in the world, thay have a definite preference for yuzus over lemons, and this preference might be generalized.

Tasty!
I use this in my ice water to give my water a little flavor. It is so tasty and refreshing. Not a strong flavor, just a subtle taste. Would be good in alcoholic drinks too. A bit over priced though, thus the 4 out of 5 stars.

Not quite lemon not quite orange
I'm not sure what it'd be like so I bought the juice. I liked it but not in a hurry to try it again. Apart from that the bottle arrived in tact and it was sealed and fine.

Very weak flavor
I now understand why this was so much less expensive. It’s the second press and therefore, the flavor is very weak. Even five squirts of this is an equal to one squirt of the regular. I won’t be buying it again.
