So I don’t normally write reviews but I had to. I work shifts so I have no sleeping pattern and those are a life saver!Within an hour I fall asleep and not wake up till morning. Didn’t think it will work on me but it does. Wonderful stuff.

Ive been taking 1 a night for a few weeks now and I have noticed a difference, I have always had phases of bad sleep usually waking 2-4 times a night and not being able to get back to sleep. Since taking these I would say I am waking a little less often but more importantly to me, Im getting back to sleep much easier and am definitely feeling more rested when I get up for work in the mornings as broken sleep can be exhausting!

This really a life saver for shift and night shift workers. I was doing mixed days and night shifts, therefore circadian rhythm disbalance and makes hard to fall asleep in any time. I found the effect immediate after first pill, in approx 1 hour you become relaxed and light. It's not a "sleep medication" and won't fall you asleep as medication but as a supplement it provides you much better aid to fall asleep and what is even better that as a supplement it's not addictive.
