Himiway Zebra 26"x4" Electric Bike, 80Miles Range 48V 20Ah Battery 750W Ebike, 400LBS Payload, 25MPH, 7 Speed

I researched and this bike is amazing. My husband is pretty particular about his wants and needs and this was a gift so I wanted to be sure to get him something that really checked all the boxes. It’s incredible. The battery range, the bike was easy to assemble, it looks bad-a$$ amd feels comfortable when riding. Having the bigger, beefier tires is a huge plus, too. Very nice ride for the money.

The bike arrived damaged

I have only had it for one day and a 30 mile ride, on mostly paved trails. Sor far this bike is great. Much quieter than i expected, very comfortable, tons of power, everything was adjusted perfectly, and i was very impressed by the manufacturer's attention to details. I'm 220 lbs, rode 30 peddle assisted miles and used less than 1/4 charge. Very happy with my choice. Will update if things change but this bike looks and feels very solid.

I have barely had this bike for a year and the motor has died again. Customer service at this company is a non-existent run around nightmare.So ONE year:2 motors not working1 controller which still doesn’t work properly2 back lights (also still doesn’t always work)The price of the bike seems like a great deal until nothing works.Both Zebra bikes I have purchased from this company have had MOTOR ISSUES within the the first several hundred miles.

I have owned 2 Cruisers both are good bikes. Some small issues with bike number two but nothing that couldn't be repaired. The customer service department was less than great but did get me the parts I needed. I did replace the motor after 5500 miles. The motor developed a thumping noise when engaged but did not hurt the performance or mileage. Ordered a new motor and replaced it myself. One thing I like about these bikes is they are easy to work on. Seriously considering ordering a new Zebra.
