I bought this nifty little contraption after seeing an ad for something similar while playing a game on my phone. I bought it for headaches and tension in my neck. It works ok for that. But with having shoulder length hair I find it to be a pain in the neck (no pun intended) to use for that purpose. However it works great for pain in my legs & around my knees. I wake up every night with pains in my legs and knees and have to change my sleeping position. Now I sit up, use this thing for a minute, and I go right back to sleep. Over the last few weeks of using it I find I wake up less often, and I have fewer pains in my legs and knees.If you're super skinny you could probably use this thing on your torso and glutes areas. You'd have to be built very, very slim for that though. I'm big boned, and then add in some middle aged fat and it just won't fit over those areas well enough to do anything. Even w/o any extra fat, I don't think it would work for me for those areas. But it was definitely a worthwhile purchase to use for my leg and knee pain. It's quite flexible and seems durable. I think it would take a lot to break it. I also love the way the knobs turn. I use it with the knobs in different directions to get a better massage.

The wheels don't turn very well, and when they do, they just yank up all the short hairs on the back of your neck. Not very massage like, nor does it feel on the slightest bit good.

This product is lightweight and easy to use.

When you watch the videos, I thought it would be more flexible and able to use on other parts of the body other than the neck. Although it does an ok job on the neck it would be nice if it could do shoulders as well. It's an ok product but not worth the price

This little thing really gives a deep massage! I have to admit that I was skeptical at first. It is a light weight plastic device with ridged rubber wheels. I glide this device back and forth on my neck and I can really feel it massage the deep muscles of my neck. I have a lot of neck pain and this really feels good! Yesterday, I was working all day, cleaning a house I am building. The electrician and framers left large amounts of sawdust that I had to vacuum up. I was working all day, stooped over vacuuming and tugging on a large, heavy shop vac. I severely strained the muscles of my neck and I was in so much pain. I pulled out this device and massaged the deep muscles of my neck that could not be reached with a hand massage! I really love this device for neck pain and I highly recommend it! This device can be used for other muscles also…..legs, arms, feet….but it feels best on my neck!

The idea is a decent one and I could see this helping for people who need very little pressure or relief. I however, I have extreme tension and therefore rock solid neck muscles. This thing didn’t even touch it except when I really put some effort- at that point I could see the plastic in the top going white from over extension. This wouldn’t last a week in my home so I am unfortunately returning.

I ordered this for a Christmas present for my mother and it was the top present of the day, everyone wanted to try and it and it works really well!

This product literally stabbed me, and then stupidly my husband in the neck. The rollers pop off at the base just by pushing them on and they turn depending on the angle you need. I pushed them on tight and massaged my neck. After about 40 sections of light massaging the part (not made well or tight to hold) pops off and the innards part to hold it stabs my neck.My husband thought maybe I just used it wrong. He tries.Low and behold stabs him in the neck.I dont leave reviews often. But dear God. Please change the design and gorilla glue those peices on or something before someone gets hurt worse then we did.

I’d only change the handles and make them a bit longer

This works well for sore neck muscles and is easy to use and super relaxing. One note: if you have long hair, it may get caught in the little wheels (make sure to tie your hair up!)
