Part is Defective- Not working after being installed. I need a replacement Please!

Ford made this a complicated job but the parts work great
My original review was good and I was happy with the results but this part failed and couldn't be salvaged it didn't last 6 months.

Does not really work
Part guess great. Does not turn off the code light. Put it on and light was on in the first hour. Still on today. Buy a different one if you want your code to clear.
