Ok product. Make sure you tight the nut in the bolt, otherwise it become loose due to vibration and movements inside the wash machine. Unfortunately the plastic structure is collapsing under the typical wash load and you have to wash the hat separately that makes it uneconomical......

My hats got cleaned but the frames and screws were apart! One bag opened and had to fish the screw and bolt out of the washer! Will try next time the tighten the screw with tools!

They are convenient to use, but very difficult to assemble. I had to break out pliers to get the notches in. It did fit on of my biggest hats and also a regular one. They stood up to the washer however one did have the nut at the top come completely out and was not longer held together at the top. Didnt expect much but the outaide did get washed well, the inside did not. The bag is necessary since its just the frame inside and the bag holds the hat to it. Will continue to use but didnt find it anything special. Also was disappointed theres nothing to wash the inside of the hat.

I never leave reviews, but this product is absolutely trash.It comes apart every wash, even when it’s in the machine by itself, you end up with the hat completely flat and damaged.If I could give it less stars I absolutely would.

LONGD Hat Washer for Baseball Caps, -- Used both of them first time today. Half hoops are different sizes so follow instructions for their proper location during assembly. There is a small bolt/nut that connects the three hoops together at the top. Nut fits but very loosely. I was afraid it would come off and be lost so I used some thread locker on it when assembling. Snapping the hoops to the base frame was a little difficult because of the tight fit of the snaps but that is a good thing. A quality mesh bag fits over the frame and cap with zipper closure to keep them together in the wash. It worked wonderfully and held together in the washing machine with a full load of clothes. I am very pleased with this item.

I knew as soon as Itook it out of the box that little screw holding it together was gonna come undone in the wash and i was right. first wash.. screw's gone somewhere in my washer. garbage garbage garbage.

I'm gonna let the pictures speak for themselves. Absolute crap. This is how they came out of my washer after the FIRST wash. Yes, in case your wondering, they also came out of their bags. (They were zipped completely closed and zipper ends tucked)

Followed the instructions, washed one hat with it and it's broken. Two of the little plugs that hold the crown onto the body just snapped off. Now it's junk.
