Gave me knee problems from how hard they are
These are too tight , it’s extremely difficult to do anything , it made one of my knees hurt for more than a month because they are so tight that you have to work really hard to push them out. Skip this one and try to get something that is more flexible

Very Sturdy and doesn't slide
This product is great for legs as they do not slide but if you are wanting to use for arms a different product might be a better idea.
