Activation error and poor touchpad quality.
Screen quality is good but is too small. Fast with Intel core i5 and iris graphics. Touchpad is not that great. Using a mouse could work.Overall build quality is good. Activation error showing error message 'windows reported that hardware on this device has been changed' and re-entering the product key still didn't work showing error 'windows could not be activated because you don't have a valid digital license or product key.' Troubleshooting also didn't work.Still, okay for students.

Utterly Disappointed (AVOID at ANY cost)!
I have been using laptops from various brands, for the past 20 years, and this is the WORST. I regret my decision, I curse upon myself, but what has already been done is done. So, suggest you to avoid this laptop and avoid suffering.Pros:- Attractive price tag (this might affect your logical decision making capability).Cons:- Flimsy plastic quality. I would not have bought the laptop should I had physically seen one earlier. When I received the laptop I was almost sure that it would not last a year.- Overall low quality manufacturing. The display was defective from the first and within 4 months it went bad (the actual LCD panel seem to gradually crack from inside).- No warranty service. When called for servicing through warranty, they seem to have predetermined notion of rejecting a warranty replacement on the pretext of physical or user-induced damage. They stopped responding as well. This is the worst part. As a user, you are left in a limbo, with no other option but to pay from your pocket to repair the laptop. So whatever cost-effective bargain you thought this to be, is not anymore. The laptop will be like a white elephant, too expensive to own and no way to exchange in Flipkart/Amazon (they do not exchange with this laptop brand).
