Not worth the money

Unpacked it and the clear plastic window had become slightly pushed in during transit. I switched it on and it worked for 20 seconds before the flickering stopped and the right hand side of the display went dark. Managed to remove the front and could see that a loose wire had wrapped around the spindle driven by the motor. The turning spindle had stretched and ripped off the connection from the LED strip.Another problem was that when switched off the motor would still run. I re-soldered the connection onto the LED strip and repaired the broken connection to the rest of the strip. I un-soldered the two wires to the motor and correctly re-soldered them with the one to the switch and the other to a negative connector on the dc power in socket. I then replaced the flame effect panel and the plastic front and re-glued the front panel. It then worked as it should.

Lovely glow and very attractive but goes through batteries like nothing else!!
