About a week after I received my grabber it broke…I was disappointed, and tossed it. I was asked to review it and I did.Wow! The customer service was great! They contacted me and offered a full refund and apologized that I was unsatisfied. I’ve never seen such responsiveness in a company. They really stand by their product. I never expected to hear a thing from my review. I am heartened to see a company who really cares about their customers.

Love this reacher, because it is so much longer than most. Also it is lightweight which is great when your hands are numb. It is made it easier for me to hold on to with my grip issues. Great product.

Grab anything anywhere strong and sturdy not the cheapest but performs great

I recently had surgery that restricted me from bending for 6 weeks. I got this and it was so handy that I bought 2 more - for my aunt and dad.However, I recently lifted a bag, that i don't think was all that heavy but it broke at the joint.I still recommend it, just be careful how you lift with it

I liked it until it broke for no reason. I was using it and the middle of the canes plastic snapped off +went flying 40days after i ordered it, so maybe 34 - 35 days after receiving it. Im taping it and hoping for the best. but it no longer can be shortened, nor will I be able to take it anywhere. So far I now have to use two hands if I want to try to use it. The shoehorn feature IS good tho so I guess I have the worlds most Expensive Shoehorn now! I recommend getting one more sturdy.

I purchased the folding grabber tool to use immediately after a lumbar fusion. The device works well and has definitely been useful for picking up small items from floor. It was also useful in helping me reach items on my bed that somehow always managed to migrate away from me, ie TV remote, phone charger. The device folds up easily and for easy travel. The shoehorn is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend if you have problems bending down. Kept me from driving my family crazy with always asking them to pick up items I dropped.

Why didn't I get one of these years ago!? I use this every day to open my bedroom curtains in the morning and to close at night. I love the magnets on the end and how firm the grip is. Since it's used often its never folded and put away. I keep it close. It is a great purchase.
