I bought these years ago after I had my 2nd surgery and these work amazing. Well I am gearing up for another surgery and I lost them no idea what I did with them lol but of course I had to order more. I love how light weight they are so I can use them without the pouch if I wanted they work great when I have neck pain and migraines. The pouches are neat so you can wrap them around you if needed also love how they can be used for heat as well. Quality product that last and a beyond reasonable price.

Perfect size, love the removable cover to wash as needed with Velcro strap to help keep in place. I bought another set as a gift because they’re so great! Ice packs freeze cold, but aren’t too hard. Very moldable for the need!

This is my second set of these. My first set is still going strong after many years of very frequent use. So I know it is a quality product.These are the perfect size (11x6”) for strapping around neck/ shoulder/ back/ arm/ leg. And best of all they remain very flexible.The strap and holder are great for being able to attach it and keep it in place while you go about doing anything else.Pouch and attached strap gives you 25” length pre-stretch of elastic; the additional strap adds another 21” pre-stretch. Elastic and velcro are strong; width is 2.25” and heavy duty. Pouch is thick felt material on one side and fine weave mesh on the other side.Holds heat and cold really well; just follow the instructions when heating to avoid damaging the bag. Instructions are printed on the bags so they are always available to reference.The pouch gives nice protection to skin so you don’t have to wrap it in a cloth.They also have a nice weight to them, so I love placing them on my forehead when I have a headache as that slight pressure helps relax the tension. And I have used them in lunch boxes where they keep things cold most of the day.Customer support info included.

Before I bought this, I didn't have an easy way of putting an icepack on my lower back (or anything frozen/cold, like peas or popcorn kernels). Wrapping it in a thin towel and using one of my husband's belts to strap it around my waist was *not* quick-and-easy. I started looking for something that simply had a Velco strap and a pouch for the cold stuff.So, when my Koo-Care arrived, I started using it with my frozen popcorn kernels … it was so much easier, but I soon discovered that popcorn warmed up too soon (as did frozen peas). I needed ice … so I thought I'd try the Gel Pack that came with the Koo-Care.I was impressed that the Gel Pack actually stayed pliable! It did *not* freeze hard as a rock. Consequently, I could easily fit in the small of my back, which was perfect for what I needed it for. It works great.The only reason I gave it an overall rating of 4 stars instead of 5 is that the strap tends to get a little bedraggled ... some of the stitching is unravelling. But, the Velcro is still holding tight and I, personally, am not bothered by it not looking pristine ... who cares? But some might, and that's the only reason I mention it.

I have a disintegrated bone in my hip and am awaiting hip replacement surgery. I was looking for an ice pack to use with my hip to help ease the pain. This one fits the bill perfectly for me. It comes with two ice packs so one can be in the freezer when I'm using the other one. No, it doesn't stay cold for hours, but it does stay cold for 30-60 minutes which is long enough for me. I guess my freezer is the right temperature because it's always flexible enough when I take it out of the freezer to use with the carrying pack whether I attach it to the small of my back, or sit my hip on it. I appreciate the fact that it's not so hard it hurts my hip when I sit on it. I also like the size.

I have purchased any number of ice packs, some relatively inexpensive, others quite expensive and these are by far the best. I have had them for over 5 years and no leaks, breaks or wear of any kind. They stay cold for over 2 hours. They become fairly flexible quickly but do not loose the cooling property. The. Best. Ever!

Love this ice pack! I bought it for my knees and my sons. Works great. I can strap it and still walk around and do stuff around the house. Comes with the two ice packs. Wish it came with two of the sleeves or an option just to buy that. Otherwise it’s great!!
