I was a little apprehensive about how the product would come out, but the photos looked good and I liked that the LED lights were bright enough. Traditional glass blown neon is, let's face it, really expensive. I wanted something high quality, large like a traditional neon sign but not at the traditional neon sign price. Also, glass neon is really fragile. We didn't want fragile.I sent in the work as a high resolution PNG and a few days later received a proof. I asked for certain adjustments and had another proof less than 48 hours later. Within less than a week from that, the item shipped.I ordered the 46 x 40, and had it die cut (outline cut). When it arrived I was absolutely impressed. The thing is big, the print UV coated is vibrant and true to color. The LED lights are bright and pop.I ordered it with the dimmer and recommend it, if you want to mute the brightness for recording purposes or just so you aren't blinded by it. I will repeat, the LED light source is extremely bright.The sign has two (2) hanging straps and two (2) cables that connect to the power source. The power adapter that plugs into wall has a decent length of cord, maybe 6 feet.It isn't very heavy, but it isn't lightweight either. The installation will work so long as it is attached to something that can bear the weight. I would not say that these signs are fragile, but a certain delicate management is recommended. Don't bang them around, don't drop them and definitely don't touch the LED lights.They shipped secure, plenty of padding and strapped in with that heavy duty plastic tape. Box was sturdy and tough. I appreciated this.This is a fun and affordable option. High quality work, fast turnaround and really attention gathering. Having experienced this, I would order again, even larger than this one, but first we'll use this. Amazon marketplace is a thing to behold. Grateful for it.The pricing is fair, the versatile designers and customer service people I dealt with are wonderful. All around an awesome purchase.Photos included are of actual product reproduced from project logo art. It was replicated perfectly, leading me to believe they didn't print it as part of a gang run (printing term to describe all works loaded together and printed in one shot. This saves on money but exact color is not reproduced) but rather independently, which is always a nice touch and really shows. Highly recommend. 👍

The media could not be loaded. It came early!!!!! I got it today and mounted it already. I love it. Great quality for the cost, it looks great, easy to put up and not heavy. It came with a chain so you can hang it wherever you want. Also screws to secure it in one place. I’m happy I chose you guys!!!
