It's sad that I received the item and when I opened it reindeer were semi colored 😔 and packaged was terrible. I have patched of color and some patches of black spot like it the paint never dried

It looks exactly like the pictures, but they don't do it justice! The details are incredible, and yes, because is hand painted it does have some bits that aren't perfect (like the girl's lips), but honestly is something so minor and that you can't really notice unless you chose to. It is the perfect size, and it arrived very securely, carefully, and safely packaged. Shipping and delivery was super fast. I love this decoration so much! Some of the "snow" can easily fall off if you touch it, but most of it does not. Think of it like sprinkling sugar over glue, some will stay there no matter what, and some will fall off. It all depends on where you hold it from and if you pass your hand over it or anything like that. This is an INCREDIBLE decoration and would definitely recommend getting it!!!
