The media could not be loaded.  I love it. Upgraded from LP2 to be able to engrave more materials and I love it. It’s easy to use, mobile software if very handy.

I bought this laser to replace a unit bought directly with LaserPecker. That one died after 29 days of light use, like maybe 5 hours. I reached out to them for support and so far 30 days has passed and they are still not entertaining my concerns or replacing the unit - despite their warranty claiming “super support”.If I had the chance again I’d have gone with X-Tool as the after-sales for LaserPecker is woefully bad. I tried social media, direct and several emails with videos etc to gain their attention and I am still left with a £1,700 paperweight and masses of frustration.Do not waste your money, go elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded.  I have never used a laser engraver before this was easy to assembled an ran straight from my phoneI bought this mainly to engrave my hand made pens I make so I could add a message or nameThis has sooo many possibilities for me I love it

A very high tech laser engraver.minimalistic Design and super easy to use for anyone with basic knowledge.Simple phone application to execute most of the tasks and one of the best laser engraving machine out there.

I have used the LP2 for over a year now and with the new LP4 I can do so much more. I love how much faster it is at engraving and that it can do more incredible detail.The new infrared laser has made engraving on metal a lot easier compared to the LP2. I've recently tried engraving a design onto a pumpkin with fantastic results. I can't wait to be able to get more accessories to be able to engrave more items.

Definitely exceeded my expectations as I bought it for personal use only but it can handle way more than that
