43”X18” Large Gun Cleaning Mat, Gun Maintenance Mat

This mat is very high quality! So much better than we expected at this price point. Raw materials at home depot cost more and are not anything like this- the finished edges, sections for tools, parts, ammo. Magnets to not lose items! Very impressed.

Nice size 43x18 to hold rifles. Gave to my Grandson for his birthday and he loves it!

This work mat is huge. Plenty of room to work. This mat works great for RC cars too. The parts/tools sections and magnets are also what make this great. If you want a Cadillac work mat pay for this one you won't be disappointed.

It’s a great, quality mat for my butcher block bench top in the garage. It protects it from oil spills, paint, glue, and dings. I took one star away because the color advertised is inaccurate. It is not grey (not even close). It’s more of a flat black color. That being said, I’m keeping it.

I bought this because frankly I was tired of using cardboard or the like on which to clean my guns. Its wasteful to clean the gun and then usually have to dump the cardboard. This was fantastic. I used it for a pistol (overkill due to the size) since it needed a cleaning but it was nice to have all of my cleaning tools, product and the pistol with its parts laid out on this mat. Yes the mat got dirty but it washed off with some spray cleaner and a paper towel. I love that its big enough to be used for a rifle but not overkill for a pistol... especially if you're cleaning several at once (like if you go to the range and fire four pistols and then realize you have to clean all four not that its ever happened to me) and does not slip or slide. Its too hot to clean outside right now in Florida (which my wife is super not happy about) so I used this in the kitchen and even she said 'finally feel like you arent going to ruin my counters'...which are stone so I dont think thats possible but yes dear. Loved the little pocket areas for parts so I could clean a part and put it over in its little spot but even better it gave me places to put clean materials vs not clean vs dripping and allowed for boundaries to keep all of that separated. I was skeptical but impressed. Great buy at a great price and the fact that it rolls up for storage makes it a win.

This thing is exceptionally thick which gives confidence that it will be remarkably durable as well and last for years to come. An absolute steal at the current price and far nicer than some of the competitors mats I've purchased previously for more money.It's for non skid backing which works well on both wood and stone countertops where I've placed it. Presumably the weight of it alone would prevent it from slipping, but the backing material makes it a certainty.Easy to clean the mat itself as well, as you can drag it outside and do your worst with a pressure washer if you were so inclined. If you intend to just roll it up, keep in mind the back will make contact with whatever solvents or oils remain on the surface when you're done so at least wipe it up or lay an old beach towel on the inside before rolling it up.I'd love to see this with metal rings through one end to hang the unit up after use like the yoga mats in the gym, but that's a wish list feature. This thing more than delivers!
