13 ohms per pad; 24ish watts total (for both grips) when wired in parallel
I bought these to use the pads with another controller I already have that has multiple heat levels. I was hoping for 40ish watts of heat (20 per grip). Unfortunately, the set I got measures 13 ohms per pad (I cut the wires and tested each pad individually), which comes out to around 12 watts each at 12-13 volts (depends on system voltage minus wiring losses) if you wire them in parallel. I didn't test the switch, but at this price I wouldn't expect much and would plan to replace it if needed. I noticed they didn't get nearly as warm as my previous pads (different brand). From my experience with inserting heating elements inside foam BikeMaster grips (the ones with the chrome ends) on my '81 Goldwing, 20 watts per grip gets too hot for bare hands, but heats up quickly prior to lowering the setting (using a multi-level controller). Also, that power is useful when wearing gloves in cold temperatures.12 watts per grip is certainly better than nothing, and if you're on a budget it's certainly useful. If I were using a simple on/off switch however, 12 watts per pad would probably be a good compromise power setting. But there are other pads out there with 7-8 ohms each (draws more current and creates more heat), which I prefer when using a multi-level controller.

Great for the money
They main issue with these is that they do no have a adhesive. Also, the rivets are exposed which could easily short the the metal handle bars.So if you have the right adhesive, and install them carefully, these work great. Especially considering the cost.

Low heat output and failed after few days
I have put those on my FE350s and went on 4 days ride. They were working but in the evening up in the mountains they were not producing much heat. Better than nothing but far from making my hands warm and cozy. And on 4th day they simply stopped working, well, it looks like something happened to that tiny flimsy switch.

Not easy to install
Bought these and new grips.. played the devil trying to get grips over these without scrunching these up to no avail. So decided to whole off on grips but see how heat up, turned switch on, glad I had bike apart cuz had cables from this instantly catch fire

Too short, and no, it has only on/off rocker switch.
The wires are too short, it's cheap, but it's useless, too.

Easy to install on my snowblower
I installed these heating elements over top of my snowblower handle grips. They are super easy to install (as long as you don't use the included instructions). I simply wired them into the light circuit on my Ariens Compact 24. The heat shrink tube took a lot to get it to shrink down over the 1 ¼" diameter grips. Best to use a heat gun if you have one. If you use flame, be careful not to burn through. The heat that these elements produce is perfect for my snowblower (not too hot). I would use these on an atv or skidoo that has stationary grips. I wouldn't use them on my motorcycle with a twist throttle.

These don't work.DO NOT BUY !
After a 2 1/2 installation they will not work. Tested with meter and test light , there is a broken connection in them somewhere. I should have tested them on a battery before installing .

Work great
I wired these to a controller instead of the switch. In series. They are warm enough that I thought my hands were cold but there were hot. -5c with winter gloves, I can ride with these for about two hours. I have Reynauds in one finger and I get cold hands, so these might work colder and longer for you.Use 3M spray adhesive to wrap them around the bars, heat the grips wth a heat gun and quickly squeeze them on.

Junk!
There are many that are far better than these for very little more money. Do not buy!
