Quality is good. Dosage is easy on the body. Easy to digest and really helps me skin. I really depend on these gel caps for my health.

A decent price on these. On the smaller side Oval and easy to swallow. Also easy to cut or Pierce if you need the oil for something like a burn. My only complaint is that the giant D on the side of the bottle still fools me into reaching for it when I am looking for my vitamin D period of all the names to give a vitamin brand that sells multiple supplements-- A letter suggesting a different supplement. There's a psychological test that illustrates something about the human brain. It can be the word red painted in the color yellow and it demonstrates that the human brain does not like contradictions and this cost us a mild little frisson of irritation every time I use it. But the vitamin side is fine.

I like the price and the amount of vitamins for the price you can't beat that..

THE SMALLER SIZE IS IMPORTANT TO ME AND IT MAKES TAKING THEM EASY. After my cancer treatments, my blood work is now coming back fine for my vitamin e levels.
