Great service
The van arrived for my granddaughter’s birthday, but was found to have some parts missing, and some duplicated. I started (with trepidation!) the process for returning, and was amazed at how easy this was. The defective van was picked up by Evri the next day, and the replacement van arrived the following day! All was as it should be with the second van, and my granddaughter is delighted with it. Absolutely brilliant service from Amazon et al!

As it's a gift for a GC, I cant comment on ease of putting together,but judging the weight of it I can confidently say it's weight content should equate to sturdiness and value for money,especially compared to other items for other dolls being flimsy and brittle and costing similar sums or more.But I am happy with what it appears to be,and not worried about its quality and value for money overall.wheels at the rear have to be adjusted into a "Z" fashion, otherwise they jam,it took 3 intelligent adults to figure this and remove it from the "jammed position,however,it is a VERY sturdy toy for the money,and seriously adjustable with lots of places to hide things etc,one other point,the one caravan side wall does pop off quite easily,and is again difficult to place back into its hinge stud/push type fitting,if this was another brand of item it would break on force,but this is solid enough to be brutal to push into place.I wont upgrade to 5 stars for one reason,in order to place the cab back into the campervan position,the

Daughter loves it
We had to get a replacement sent out as the one we got was defective however Amazon sent a replacement which literally arrived the next day and the returns process was simple. Daughter loves it.

Great Toy But Poor Quality.
My daughter loves it. It’s a shame it didn’t come with any dolls but luckily she’s already got loads! Just a shame about the quality, which I was expecting to be good because of the brand but every time we open it, anything that has a hinge falls apart and takes a while to get back together. Very difficult for a 5 year old to fix.

Shoddy, not made properly
The instructions don't tell you how to put the batteries in but we found some you tube VDO's. There should be batteries on the trailer and the cab. On you tube VDO's there is a small screw to release the battery compartment but it is missing from our one and the panel is just jammed in there. Can't get it off without risking breaking it. Bought this when on offer and kept it hidden for a special surprise, return window has passed so not sure what to do now. Also, no dolls are included and they are anything from £17 to £25 each. (Update - contacted Amazon and they picked it up the next day, very helpful on the phone and no problem about returning it).
