He loves it but he can’t put this controller on to charging

I bought this but ended up sending it back after it had arrived because I came to realize that I have the ps5 slim disc edition. This charging station is meant for the older model ps5, so the ps5 slim will not fit. I gave it 3 stars because it’s a nice little charging station for the money but it just wasn’t for me.

I bought another ps5/psvr2 charger that's similar to me that has various models online. It broke within a month. This one so far (5 weeks in) has worked perfectly. Charges everything efficiently and super well. thanks.

This stand is pretty slick. Works as advertised, looks good, cooling, charging for the controllers. Nice product.

I have several of these ps5 / psvr2 stations. They come in many styles and offer an assortment of features.This particular version offers the ability to not only charge your psvr 2 controllers, but also your standard ps5 controller, as well as provide a base for you ps5 to stand on with a cooling fan built in.The charging station comes well packaged with everything you see in the pictures above. It doesn't require much time to assemble, although due to the design, you must place your ps5 in a vertical position.The device uses the ps5 to power its fan and charge your peripherals. The package includes brackets that have usb c connectors built in that connect with your psvr 2 controllers. The body of the charging station houses 2 usb c pins that connect to your standard ps5 controllers. Once all the connections are made, you simply place your controllers in the appropriate slots to charge. Make sure you fasten your ps5 to the base with the included screw. Once fully assembled, attach the provided cable which includes two usb a connections and a usb c to the back of your ps5 and you now have a working charging / cooling station.The front panel has an LED lighting system which lets you know when something is charging and or finished charging.The base of the charging stations is a few inches thick and has a grill on the bottom, presumably to allow for heat dispersion. The fan does a good job at keeping the ps5 cool, as I could feel the air flow all the way to the top of the machine.The package includes two easily installed brackets that would allow you to hang a pair of headphones and your head mounted display from. It's important to note that although this charging station is made of fairly solid plastic, it might destabilize if you were to hang heavy headphones from one of the brackets. Test before using.Given the price point of under $30.00, this charging station provides a good solution to not only charging your peripherals, but also keeping your ps5 cool and at the same time can keep your play space tidy.Highly recommended.
