Perfect for our needs
Easy to use, portable, sturdy and convenient for anywhere you need a temporary ramp for a wheelchair. We mainly use it at our house to get my father-in-law (recent stroke) in/out of the house. The only (minor) thing I wish these had was some kind of locking mechanism to keep them locked when extended. It doesn't effect their use so much as when collapsing them...might pinch a finger if you're not careful.

Perfect For Recumbent Trike in SUV
First tried 6 ft ramps from Harbor Freight. Getting it in was OK, but taking it out was dangerous - slope was steep enough to make it hard for an 80 yr old guy to stay out of the way. Considered using a block and tackle system. Might have worked except no attachment point available. By this time I was thinking about an 8 ft ramp for around $180, but found this 10 ft ramp for $309 here. Completely solved the problem. Quality ramp, easy to extend and retract, light enough to handle. Iâm on enough forums to know this is a big issue for trike owners. $300 is absolutely worth it. If I had started with this I would have saved a lot of grief and money.

Great now!!!
Just arrived. Was an open box item so I wasn't surprised that it was jammed and not in perfect condition. HOWEVER... A little time with an allen wrench and a rubber mallet... PERFECT again!!! đ Well worth it. Is going to work out great for rolling my telescope in and out of the house.

Great ramp....did not work for what I wanted but well built
I had to return as I wanted to use them to get my mobility scooter into the back of my truck.Little steep, but made it to top of ramp at truck bed and that where the trouble started. The scooter bottoms out on the back end and the little rise on each side of the ramp, reallyinterfeers with the scoter making the last leg over into the truck.Had to return. But loved the build, light weight and everything about them. Just not for whatI needed them for

DANGEROUS!!!!!! Broke during use causing injury!
Upon receiving, I opened and set up the ramps to test them. They are a little challenging to set up one person alone. It is much easier if you have a second able-bodied person to help you stretch them out and set them up. They looked flimsy, so I tested them first myself. The ramps bended and flexed a lot. As I looked at the way the pieces connect - I didn't think it seemed very secure, but it did work on my test run and I'm not an engineer, so I figured if they are selling it - they must be safe. WRONG!!!!!! Upon the 4th use of wheeling my Dad up - one of the ramps instantly snapped with no warning at the connection point. As I suspected, the connections between the pieces are not secure or reliable. This is VERY, VERY dangerous - these ought to be removed from sale. I would warn you about getting your hands pinched during set up, etc, but the danger of your loved one crashing to the ground is far greater. BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!! Could be deadly if your loved one falls and hits their head! I was happy to have found a ramp that can be compactly stored away, however it is at the sacrifice of safety. I guess I will have to find a larger ramp that is less compact, but is sturdy and safe. BEWARE PLEASE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE'S SAFETY!!!!! Oh and for reference, my father weighs 180 pounds and we used a very lightweight transport chair, so he was well below the weight limit for this item.

worked perfectly
I needed something lightweight and easily stored for my electric tricyle. 2 of these and a different one for the middle works very well

Solid but narrow ramp
I got the 10' ramp to get into a van about 27" high. The ramp was sufficiently strong for my mom in her wheelchair (about 200lbs total).Likes: good price, carrying handles, reasonable weight, reasonably easy to collapse and expand (see below)Dislikes:1) Going up the ramp, it gets narrower to the point that it is hard to get the front and back wheels in ramp channel.2) The ramps are perforated aluminum with no grip. They were fine in dry conditions, but I would not want to use them in the rain.3) There are three sections and two clips on each side of each ramp. The upper clip holds the upper section to the middle section, but there is nothing to keep the lower segment from collapsing into the middle section except friction. While the ramps didn't go anywhere when using them, it was awkward to move a fully extended ramp as the bottom section would slide in and out.

Quality ramp, easy to install, highly recommend!
Took only 5 minutes to install. Screwed right into my porch (screws not included). Two different sized holes. You can heat & bend the top lip if needed to angle it more.It helps to have the wheelchair present when setting up the ramps, so you get the spacing accurate. Measure at the top of the ramp where the tracks are narrowest!I have the 10â ramp, which is three sections nested into each other, so itâs a little narrow at the top and you have to line up the wheelchair wheels carefully, but once youâre in, itâs smooth sailing!I love that as the person pushing the wheelchair, I can use the stairs in between the ramps. The âlocking clipsâ are rather worthless when the ramp is extended. The bottom one is mounted at the bottom of the lower section, so thereâs nothing for it to clamp onto when extended. The locking clamps are really only practical for keeping it together when itâs being stored or transported. That being said, I havenât experienced any sliding out of place of the lower section. You could always drop a screw & nut through the holes in the tread of the two sections if you have an issue. This is a quality, sturdy ramp. Highly recommended!
