I bought this paper for myself to do trial projects and my kids to use so that they could have real watercolor paper. They've used plain copy paper until now, and I wanted them to get the feel for how different watercolors are on actual watercolor paper. This paper is great for beginners - it has a nice grain and holds a nice amount of paint. It's definitely not professional quality, but it's great paper for beginners or when you want to do something small or test an idea or supplies.

Obviously you get what you pay for, but this is as thin as printer paper and doesn’t hold up with water much at allI’d say it’s good for kids to practice on and for sketching

this pack of paper is a lot better than i expected it to be for the price, I'm used to drawing or painting on thicker Fabriano paper, but I decided to give these a try and I'm glad i did , they ae a lot stronger than one would think at first contact , if you use to much water it may pill a little but with patient drying that is easily cleaned off. i will definitely by more once i need to buy more paper.

I purchased this as an activity for counting down the last 10 days of school. My second graders enjoyed painting. I just wished the paper was a little longer.Paper was great for watercolors!

Terrible for watercolor. They’re lower quality than when I purchased in the past and would probably be better off using cardstock. When I added light amounts of water the paper couldn’t handle it and tore as soon as I touched it with a firm brush.

I bought these sheets to make Christmas and Hanukkah Cards. I needed them to be lightweight to run them through my laser printer. I do a master drawing, print many sheets, and then paint them with watercolors.These are not high-quality watercolor papers, and you can't put a very wet layer on them. But works great with layers of color limiting the wetness. They were perfect for what I needed.

She uses them to hammer flowers and leaves for arts and crafts. I have to keep buying more.
