The media could not be loaded.  This is a great safe once you set it up. The instructions are not great so setting the password and biometrics was a challenge but thanks to earlier reviews, I was able to figure it out. First of all, you cannot even charge the safe until you have opened it with the password. Instructions to do this are on a sticker on the outside of the safe. However, the first one I received was missing the sticker but great customer service and I was able to get a replacement. It was actually very easy - press and hold the number 4 (a few seconds) then enter 1-2-3-4. And it opens. From there you need to reset the password. The "set" button is inside the safe next to the light (see picture). Once you find this, the rest is easy and you can follow the instructions. The fingerprint button works very well - you can see from the video that when I use my thumb it does not open. The safe itself is really worth 5 stars - well made and secure - but I had to take off 1 star for the poor instructions. Overall though - I recommend this.

I was looking for a safe that had more than 1 option for opening. I previously bought another gun safe only to find out it was made of plastic! This one is def not! It is sturdy! There are 4 options for opening - 4-6 digit code, up to 20 stored finger prints, a key, and a smart app! The previous case I ordered also didn’t have thick enough padding to hold the gun in place but this one does! I have only opened this today but it has not disappointed! I will update at a later time if any issues arise!

Thank God for other reviews! Why is it so diff for the manufacturer to add where the set button is in the instructions?????

Very affordable and constructed well. The lock opens with ease and fast. This is a product I would recommend.

I am well versed in electronics. I spent over one hour attempting to set up this device and followed the step by step (simple) instructions. The "blue" light never came on one time, which needs to happen to set your own 4 to 6 digit code to open the gun safe. It also would not let me activate the key fobs to open the safe. The only thing that worked were the two enclosed keys. Does not work as described. I really needed something as I am going to visit family with small children another state. I do not have time to research another gunsafe and get it before my trip. VERY disappointing. Would definitely NOT recommend anyone to purchase this product.

First things first: This is advertised as a potential in-automobile gun safe. PLEASE check your local laws before you go installing this in your vehicle!That said, it's got a good sturdy feel to it, and seems like it would hold up to some minor tinkering, but obviously, since it is portable a determined party could get into this with a bit of time, effort, and power tool or two. It does appear to be made with some pretty good quality steel, however, and there's a fair amount of thoughtfulness in the physical design of the unit itself. It has a USB port to charge it up (yes, charge it up) but this powers the Bluetooth, the thumbprint scanner, and the key-code, along with a small but very bright LED inside the unit. It kind of felt like I'd been transported into the future with this thing, but I've been accused of being easily amused more than once.It fit two Taurus G2 9mm hand guns, but they are compact and it was a snug fit, without room for additional ammo or anything. I think it would fit one handgun plus a small amount of extra rounds if necessary.It came with some hardware for securing it to your drywall, but honestly, if you want something more secure, I'd suggest supplying some more heavy-duty fasteners.Then we get to the various ways you can get into this thing without destroying it. The simple way is the sets of keys. Then there's the 4-6 digit key code you can set yourself which was easy enough. Then there's the Bluetooth unlock. Then there's the thumbprint reader. I'm not going to lie - the documentation on this was so poor I never figured any of the latter two out, and looking at some other reviews, this wasn't just me. I'm sure with more patience I'd be more inclined to make them work, but hey, if they're never set, it's really not that big an issue. The Bluetooth unlock requires you to download a 3rd party app, so I didn't feel comfortable with using it - someone might be able to figure out how to override the Bluetooth. The thumbprint scanner just did NOT work for me and I don't know if it was an issue with the unit or if the problem was between the unit and the floor, but nevertheless, I didn't find it particularly useful in the first place. Honestly, if they'd just gone with the usual key-code and keys, and left the other two unlock abilities off, I would have given this a higher rating.

Dont buy...one day you going try get your money out and password and fingerprint will not work. Took 1 month after the return window pass for me to trow this away. Usully i dont give reviews but if i can help somebody to avoid this experience i give a try
