Great for easily enflamed achillese tendon under the heels
It has taken 3 days & evenings to find a 3/4 insole without a gel pads under the heels.Those were far too soft.These are great relieving the severe pain under my heels & removes the back pain as well.May seem hard at first however I had been supplied with orthopaedic insoles from Leeds Infirmary which had worn out.These are very similar & very hard to find. Highly recommended.
