They're a little fiddly and you have to just feel your way with the threads on the sides of pendant lamps as break anything and you're just preventing the thing staying on.I had some antique lampshades I needed to attach until I can get the whole pendant light fittings replaced to work better with the designs I have. This was a simple solution until I can get an electrician to deal with replacing the white flexes with antique style braided ones. They look fine and hold on the expensive glass shades, whislt still giving me a taste of what things will look like *eventually*

If anyone has an unusually wide light fitting then these might fit.I read the part that says it will fit most lampshades currently produced in Europe and assumed that meant normal light fittings. But apparently not.An E27 Light Fitting (in the title) is a standard Edison Screw bulb fitting.All rather misleading, and since the type of plastic is not recyclable it will go to landfill.

Useful to have spares for future. I enjoy repairing and recycling. These we used on a table lamp which I also bought a replacement shade for.
