Not Bad for the Price
Pros: It is relatively easy to set up once you have the software. The interface is also fairly easy to use. Does a reasonably good job of scanning docs and photos.Cons: Mine did not come with any software although I was able to find and download it from the web site. The scans saved to my hard disc automatically during the first usage of the program. The next time I used the program my scans were created but did not save. No error message or warning. They just didn't save. I reinstalled the software and then it resumed saving. But again the next time I opened and scanned, the scans were not saved. Frustrating.

Software not updated in product
The product wouldn’t connect to my computer. When I went to their page, it said they hadn’t updated it. Product was useless to me, refunded.
