A Worthwhile Addition to Getting Fit
A surprisingly very good bit of kit. I saw someone using one and it appealed because it does away with a lot of gym equipment and can be put up virtually anywhere with a beam/branch or stout railing whilst being lightweight and packable. I am getting back into shape after a year long illness which prevented me doing my normal exercise and at first found the going tough. However, once into the swing of it improved very quickly. There are some very good tips and exercises on the 'tube' which explain a lot more than the poster supplied. You notice physical improvement (muscle tone etc) within two weeks and that is doing about 1 hour daily during my lunch hour although I am building up to do more as I improve. Worth getting although I also purchased a canvas sling to put over the branch/beam to clip the trainer into.
