I have a few of these. One had a problem with the screen within a couple weeks of opening it, but they replaced it with a new one at no additional cost to me. They work really well for me for almost a year now. They are backup power for my full size refrigerators.

I love it!!! Using two external 100 amp/hour Lifepo batteries it ran my refrigerator in my RV for 7 full days. This is much better than expected. I am very impressed with this unit. And Bluetti customer service is exceptional. I intend to purchase more Bluetti products.

Really good construction. Sturdy build. Wireless charging top. Great connectors for charging. Unit is a little heavy so be prepared. Does say unique waterproof housing for outdoor use like the ad made it seem rugged and strong...even though unit also says no rain snow or water, bit complex to know the difference. LifePo4 which is great chemistry for travel and outdoor use according to instructions. Will use and follow with a video. Absolutely love this product! I just can't take it in a hot car when I go camping according to the instructions so that is a deal breaker. When they make a super durable one that can withstand hot weather conditions, I will buy it right away!

While I wish this had a larger internal battery, it is very easy to attach an external B80 battery or two to get close to 2kWh of reserve power. Don't forget your powerful, low-wattage LED light bulbs! Lighten up that dark room!

Wouldn’t you know the day after I received this we lost power for 6 hours! I got to test it out real quick and I was absolutely impressed. It’s pretty cold out in the north and used it to power our electric blanket for the night and keep us warm so we didn’t have to leave our home while the electricity was out. Set up was easy and the app is great for checking on how your battery is doing. I think every household should have a BLUETTI! We’re planning on getting the expansion batteries as well!

Products are fantastic when they work but customer service and warranty are not what they claim.From the written warranty:"In case of replacement, a refurbished model of equal value may be provided and the delivery of the replacement will be arranged within 7 business days (subject to changes caused by force majeure) after confirming the defective item has been received at BLUETTI warehouse."Reality - They have had my unit (confirmed received at warehouse) for over a month and this is the email I received:Dear customer,Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.The relative staff have checked and found that the all the replacement are defective.We are now waiting for the repair material that will be delivered in the next week and the unit will be repaired and shipped back to you. Please kindly wait for a little longer. I will get back to you in the next week.Should you have any more questions or require further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.Now here is the really frustrating part - They are selling both new and the same model renewed products all over that auction site from the official Bluetti store. It just does not add up that they don't have a product to ship to satisfy their own warranty claim.
