I wanted to love this pillow, but I am disappointed
I am sure this pillow is comfortable for some people. However, I just could not sleep on it - it's very heavy, thick and incredibly lumpy, with almost no give. First, the pics and description for this pillow insists that it's somehow adjustable from very thin to thick. This is actually very misleading. The only way to really adjust the thickness is to fluff, beat and maul the pillow into submission - and even after that, the pillow is still very thick and firm. Some pillows of this type allow the removal of the shredded foam to reduce the thickness, but this one does not - it's sewn shut, instead of zipped.About the only reason I am giving this more that one star is that the bamboo cover is very nice - high quality and removable and washable. I ended up taking the basic foam pillow out and using the cover on a more comfortable pillow. Additionally, after only about 10 days' use, the pillow underneath the bamboo cover is really discolored into a sickly yellow, which grossed me out. Not worth the money.

At first, disappointed much better after waiting 24 hours.
The pictures are misleading. They depict 3 "flatness" options but they're just photoshopped to look thinner. At first, disappointed but has been great otherwise. When we first opened the box, it was this squished up, flabby pillow. After sitting for 24 hours, it shaped up to be a fantastic little pillow. Smells funny though. Had to wash all parts of the pillow.

Not exactly as picture shows
This pillow has a circular head indent, which is not shown in the picture. I would not have purchased it if I knew beforehand. However, the latex pillows are excellent, and this one is child-sized. It's about the size of a sheet of office paper. Pillow cover is exactly as shown in product picture, and is a very thin cotton. Easy to remove for washing. See attached picture for detail of the head intent.

Dissapointed
Mine came with a zipper on the bamboo cover but not the pillow itself! The pillow itself does not have a zipper so you can NOT remove some of the foam like the pictures shows! Very disappointed.

It's a very soft and comfortable pillow with memory foam. The fabric feels nice and it helps with my neck pain when I sleep. The cover on it can be easily removed and washed. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

very good ,very comfortable.I had one of this last year bought from a big store for a big amount of money, than decide to buy another one for me laying on bed before go to sleep.the reason I loved it ,it's cause it gets back to original shape very fast save lot of time fixing it ,n super comfortable off course .very worth the buy.

Hard as a rock!! Save your money!!
This pillow is mysterious and magical in the worst ways possible. It arrives rolled up and upon opening the bag looks a bit questionable. Give it an hour and it expands and hardens!! Its literally like sleeping on a giant rock- and its supposed to help with neck problems?!?! No. If anything i now have neck pain fron this pillow.

this pillow is supposed to come with an opening to adjust the filling. There is no opening. I bought it as a gift and I didnt give it to her right away so I missed the deadline to send it back. Waste of money.
