I picked up this Aeon cheese slicer to help aid in the slicing of the cheese. It is good looking and has a solid handle. The actual slicer is not as solid as the handle, but should do the trick on softer cheeses.Big plus being dishwasher safe.$9.99 is a little steep for this utensil, but not returning it as it is a decent product.
