This is a great countertop solution. The filters last a long time and are not overpriced. Easy to charge when needed. Looks good on the countertop. I finally had one issue with the unit that I could not resolve. It was past the guarantee period. Their team, led by Olivia C, graciously handled the situation to my complete satisfaction. Needless to say, I am very satisfied and am happy to recommend the product and their team. Perfect timing for my Christmas time off. Very gracious emails back and forth as well.....

I purchased the Waterdrop ED0X water filter unit back in March 2024 and was really happy with its performance at first. However, after several months of use, I started having issues with the unit no longer holding a charge. I contacted Waterdrop's customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. Without any hassle, they promptly sent me a brand new replacement unit free of charge. The new unit has been working flawlessly, and I'm very impressed by Waterdrop's commitment to ensuring their customers are fully satisfied. But the real icing on the cake was when the Waterdrop team, led by customer service representative Harper W., followed up with me after receiving the new unit. They offered me a special gift - two replacement filters for the ED0X! This was such a thoughtful gesture, as replacement filters can get quite pricey. These filters were not only a great deal, but easy to use, last longer than a typical replaceable water filter. Fits easily into machine to help with the taste of fresh, filtered water.

Cheaper on Amazon than on the WaterDrop web page. I contacted customer support at Waterdrop and they never offered to honor the same price showed in Amazon nor to offer help with it. Wasted 1 week back and forth with them for nothing....sad
